Syco Escape Rooms is fully compliant with all DeKalb County building codes – which is to say, of course not! You are entirely free to exit and re-enter the room at any point if needed. However, we do highly recommend sticking around to complete all the puzzles.

Fear not. For each escape room experience, your team will get 3 free clues to use throughout the game at your discretion. When you choose to use a clue, you will receive a hint specifically aimed to give you just enough of a push in the right direction.

Absolutely, escape rooms are a very fun thing to do with kids. Kids can be quite handy as well. They’re great at matching, discovering new clues, and finding hidden items. They’ll be sure to have fun and stay engaged, and may even help you escape!

Note: groups of kids 13 or younger must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time. You may reschedule your booking up to 4 hours before your game. Because of setup costs, we are not able to accommodate rescheduling or refunds within 4 hours of the scheduled start time.

All you’ll need are your wits and some comfortable clothing. Everything else will be provided in the room. Escape rooms do not require any additional tools or devices.

For each experience, your team will have your very own Game Host. Your Game Host will be the one briefing you on your escape room scenario; giving hints when you ask; and supervising the game while you’re playing to ensure that the game goes safely and smoothly for all.

Escape rooms are about the journey, not the destination, so we ensure teams have a great time playing whether or not they escape! If you don’t quite make it in time, you can choose to have the Game Host walk you through the remainder of the room.

Yes! We’ve done our homework – all doors & room passageways are 36″ wide, and our floors are level. Also, if requested, our Game Host will help out inside the room to provide any assistance necessary.
